Born as a result of the exchange of ideas of a group of professionals, scholars and journalists, originally a voluntary and informal one, Fundación Abravanel is an academic institution aiming at systematically and professionally contributing to the political decision-making process, in order to make more informed decisions protecting minorities' rights, both at the national government level of Latin American countries and that of Jewish and non-Jewish NGOs concerned with the future of our democracy, the welfare of Jewish communities around the world and the survival of the State of Israel. Fundación Abravanel operates as a center of studies based in Buenos Aires, providing international services through a network of related organizations.
